Legal notice
Anything you actually need — a refund, an invoice, a problem with an image — goes to [email protected], a real inbox read by a person. Refunds and the 14-day withdrawal right are set out in Refunds, what you may do with your images in Terms, and what we store about you in Privacy. The block below is the statutory notice; it holds no obligation that is not already written, in plain language, in those three documents.
This notice is published under articles 6-III and 19 of the French LCEN (law no. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004) and article L221-5 of the Code de la consommation, which together require anyone selling online from France to identify themselves, their host and their means of payment. The site genpix-ai.com is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus, reachable at hostinger.com, and all data generated by the service is stored on infrastructure located inside the European Union; the categories of data, the retention periods and the way to have any of it erased are described in full in the Privacy document and are not restated here. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland, acting as payment institution; card numbers are entered on a page served by Stripe and never reach this site's servers, which receive the outcome of an authorisation and never the instrument, and both the bank statement and the receipt read GenPix AI.
All prices displayed anywhere on this site are final and inclusive: TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI — value added tax is not applicable under article 293 B of the French tax code, no VAT is charged on any order, none appears on any receipt, and consequently none can be reclaimed by a business buyer on any purchase made here. An intra-community VAT number has been assigned by the administration and is not printed here — it is built from the registration number and would hand over the identity this page withholds, it is stated on any invoice that legally needs it, and holding an assigned number and charging tax are two different things in any case. Should the franchise threshold be crossed, this paragraph changes before the prices do.
Pictures generated on this site belong to the person who generated them, including for commercial use, as stated in the Terms and not walked back here; they are produced by automated generative models, they are not photographs of real events, what a prompt contains is what decides what comes out of it, and the person writing the prompt remains responsible both for what they asked for and for what they subsequently do with the result. Conversely the name GenPix AI, the interface, the wording and the code of this site belong to the publisher of the site, while the pictures shown in the home-page gallery are either produced as samples by the publisher or published voluntarily by members who chose to make them public and may withdraw them at any time.
If something goes wrong, write to the address at the top of this page first — most things are settled the same day, and a message costs nothing. Failing agreement, consumers resident in the European Union may refer the matter to the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. French law governs this notice and the contract it accompanies, and nothing written here, on this page or on any other, removes or reduces the mandatory rights that the consumer law of your own country of residence gives you.
